Our school’s Guidance Department does not only do academic counselling, but we have a variety of resources and tools to help students and their parents when it comes to mental health and mental health supports. Their website offers a list of resources, both in-person and virtual, for dealing with issues surrounding one’s overall well-being and health.

The Guidance website has also a collection of a variety of different Apps available to students and parents regarding their own self-care. These Apps enable the user to help track, cope and identify stressors when it comes to stress and anxiety and how better to manage them.
