York Mills CI School Council Meeting Instructions

In-Person Meetings

In-person School Council meetings and events are typically held in Titan Hall at York Mils CI. 

Please use Entrance "8" on the east side of the school, at the north end of the parking lot. See the dropped pin on the Google map below. There are parking spots by this entrance.

Look for the entrance beside the large dark green bins. This entrance is closest to Titan Hall and it is often the only entrance that is open for council meetings and events.  Walk in entrance 8 and the Titan Hall is to your right (there is a small sign over the door). See the Google Map below for precise directions to entrance 8.

Virtual/Online Meetings

Meetings are held using Microsoft Teams. 

• When you click on the virtual meeting link on a computer, you may be prompted to download or join on the Teams app. Just select "Join on this browser" instead. If you require more information, please see How to Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting as a Guest Through a Browser. 

• If you are joining from a phone, you may need to download the app, so please plan for a few extra minutes to do this.

• If you have joined the meeting but don't have video and/or audio, try leaving the meeting and joining from a different browser.
